Scrum Master

Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who guides DevOps teams and places a strong emphasis on results, predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

The candidate combines Agile coaching with project-oriented management and takes responsibility for progress, risks, dependencies and the achievement of sprint and release objectives.

The role includes facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, monitoring velocity and reporting on progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum events.

Actively drive sprint objectives, velocity and team performance.

Remove and escalated impediments.

Prepare progress and management reports.

Coach DevOps teams towards greater Agile maturity.

Manage stakeholders across business and IT.

Monitor planning, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.

Support onboarding and team development.

Requirements (must have)

Scrum Master Experience - At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in complex software development or DevOps environments.

Project Management Experience - At least 3 years of demonstrable project management experience, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring and reporting.

Results-Driven Management - Demonstrable experience driving KPIs, sprint objectives, velocity and release planning.

Agile Certification - Holds at least PSM I, PSM II or an equivalent Scrum certification.

Dutch Language - Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.

Stakeholder Management - Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management at management and/or programme level.

DevOps Experience - At least 3 years of experience working with DevOps teams within an Agile organisation.

Requirements (nice to have)

Experience within government or semi-government organisations

Experience within SAFe organisations

Experience with large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes

SAFe Scrum Master / SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification

PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA-C or PMP certification

Experience with Pega environments
