Regilo Solutions develops Regilo EMS: software that coordinates supported energy devices. Re.Base provides the local connection, Re.Connect helps installers prepare and commission systems, and Victron VRM provides insight into the installation.
Depending on the equipment, configuration and agreed functions, this helps customers use their own energy, reduce demand peaks and operate within grid connection limits. We combine software development with practical experience from installations, including those built by our colleagues at Regilo Systems.
What will you do?
You contribute to Regilo EMS and the software around it, from new device integrations to reliable control and a platform that is straightforward to operate.
Develop and maintain integrations with batteries, inverters, charge points, energy meters and external platforms.
Build control functions for battery storage, peak shaving, power management and the use of dynamic tariffs.
Translate technical constraints and user agreements into predictable system behaviour.
Improve software architecture, performance, security and scalability.
Test changes, investigate logs and resolve issues from installations in operation.
Contribute to monitoring, deployment and automation, working directly with support and installation colleagues.
Which technologies will you work with?
Our tools include Python, Linux, Docker, MQTT, Modbus, SunSpec, REST APIs, D-Bus, Victron Venus OS, Grafana, InfluxDB and GitHub Actions. You do not need to know them all already. A sound foundation and the willingness to learn matter to us.
We use AI where it helps with development, analysis, testing and documentation. You help identify useful applications and critically assess the results.
Who are we looking for?
You are curious, analytical and take responsibility for what you build. You think beyond a working change: what happens during a fault, with incomplete data or in an unexpected situation on site?
You have experience with Python and Linux.
You have worked with system integrations or communication protocols.
You can analyse and solve technical problems independently.
You explain your decisions clearly and work well with technical colleagues.
You are interested in physical systems and operational processes.
Knowledge of energy technology, industrial protocols, Grafana, InfluxDB or React is welcome, as is experience with AI and automation. You do not need to be a specialist in every area.
What will you find here?
You join a small team with direct communication and room to contribute. Your technical decisions have a visible effect on real installations.
A good salary and the option of hybrid working.
Plenty of responsibility and a direct say in technical decisions.
Direct contact with software, support and installation colleagues.
Room to try ideas and improve the platform.
Work that brings software and energy technology together.
Regilo Solutions. Help build smart energy systems that make a difference in practice.
