Job Description

Neways Advanced Applications in Son in the Netherlands seeks a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to strengthen PCBA quality and ensure stable production flows. You’ll be on the factory floor, supporting Production with quality challenges, and driving rapid, structured problem solving.

You will partner with Process, Supplier, Customer, and Design Quality teams to improve robustness and first-time-right performance across high-tech assemblies.
