Our Maastricht facility is the Center of Excellence — the development department for mechanics, electronics, and software. To expand our multidisciplinary engineering team, we are looking for an enthusiastic:

(Junior / Senior) Mechatronica Engineer

As a member of our R&D department, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our technically innovative hardness testers. You will translate functional requirements into reliable mechatronic solutions and work closely with engineers in mechanics, electronics, and software.

We are looking for a driven mechatronics engineer who enjoys working on technically challenging products, combines an analytical mindset with a hands-on approach, and feels at home in an international high-tech environment.

What we expect from you

A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field

Interest or experience in designing and developing mechatronic systems and precision equipment

Knowledge of drive technology, motors, sensors, actuators, and control engineering

Experience with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks, is an advantage

Knowledge of machine design, manufacturability, tolerances, and material selection is an advantage

Experience in assembling, testing, and improving prototypes and in troubleshooting technical issues

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation

Strong communication skills, independence, and a result-oriented mindset, combined with a practical and accurate way of working
