Define the architectural direction for data platforms

Shape engineering standards and steer technical trade-offs

Drive architectural decisions and lead migration architecture discussions

Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients

Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture

Explore new technologies and help define Xomnia engineering standards

Build and optimize data platforms and pipelines processing millions of records overnight

Требования

5+ Years of experience in data engineering or data-intensive backend systems

End-to-end ownership of production-grade platforms

Ability to translate technical depth into clear direction for engineers, clients, and stakeholders

Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and leading technical discussions

Deep expertise optimizing pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost

Strong understanding of technology trade-offs across different data platform use cases

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform

Experience with CI/CD-driven data workflows

Fluent in English

Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have: Dutch

Условия

Monthly salary between €5,650 – €6,800 based on 40 hours, excluding vacation allowance
