Tasks & responsibilities:
Lead project teams through the entire lifecycle of offshore engineering projects from concept to implementation.
Conduct structural analysis using advanced simulation tools to evaluate designs under various environmental conditions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international engineering standards and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and marine engineers, to integrate structural designs with other systems.
Manage the development and implementation of innovative structural solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of offshore energy projects.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.

Requirements Lead Engineer Structural

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, with a knack for effectively managing and distributing project information.
Highly motivated personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. While fluency in Dutch is not required, it is highly desirable, along with willingness to learn.
