Software Engineer-Amsterdam (Hybrid/75k) OTE 95k

Join a forward-thinking consultancy where software development is just the starting point. In this role, you won’t just write code, you will help shape the technical direction of client projects, drive improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture built on learning, sharing, and innovation.

As a Software Development Consultant, you will work alongside some of the most skilled professionals in the industry. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, with room for your ideas to grow into real-world solutions. You’ll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, ask “why,” and actively contribute to both technical and strategic discussions. Whether it’s refining development processes, exploring architectural decisions, or mentoring peers, your impact will extend far beyond the ticket backlog.

Company

The company places a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. From the moment you join, you’ll be supported through a comprehensive development program and given the time and budget to pursue your own learning goals—whether that’s a conference talk, open-source contribution, or a technical blog. Knowledge sharing is a cornerstone of the culture, reinforced through regular internal sessions and support for public-facing initiatives.

This is the ideal opportunity for developers who are ready to take ownership, think critically, and grow into a more consultative role without giving up hands‑on technical work.
