Job Description
Join our Commercial Team as our new Cluster Commercial Manager!Are you ready to lead and shape the commercial success of our three hotels? As the Cluster Commercial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing profit, and enhancing market share across all segments and channels for the hotels.What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Cluster Commercial Director to develop the commercial strategy for this cluster of three hotels; Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague and Doubletree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen.
You will set the commercial management strategies for all revenue streams, you can seize all opportunities and ensures that all systems are used to their full potential to yield the highest possible amount of revenue from all available space, whether in Rooms, Meeting Space, Spa, outlets or other revenue departments.
Together with the Commercial Director you develop the team and individuals to evaluate the commercial Team Members on KPI's. Fostering talent by lead, coach, mentor, recruit and retrain talents. Therefore, it is also expected that you would be on property in each property on a weekly basis.
Be a role model for the commercial community whilst being a Key Business partner to the Hotel General Managers and an ambassador for the company with our owners and key stakeholders.
Support Revenue management, Sales, Food & Drinks, Events, Marketing, PR, and eCommerce teams to maximize performance.
Dive into commercial projects that are relevant to elevate and develop cluster activities.
Key Responsibilities: Drive top-line budget and forecast by implementing a commercial strategy and business plan by using our Hilton Worldwide Commercial Focus process (together with the Cluster Commercial Director).
Achieve budgeted revenues across all streams, inducing but not limited; rooms, GM&E, Food & Drinks, leisure, and spa with a control on cost of sale, route to market, channel shift and marketing / Ecommerce opportunities.
Collaborate with the Cluster Commercial Director, GM, and Finance to ensure profits are maximized in line with TGOP and EBITDA targets set.
Implement pricing and rate strategies for positive group market share.
Coordinate marketing, sales, and PR efforts with on-property and regional teams.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams and matrix support teams.
Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Support Revenue Manager Centre to establish an optimal mix, review and validate forecasts, develop strategies for different demand periods, and review and approve retail and group pricing strategies.
Shared Food & Drinks Commercial activities with the F&D Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager and Commercial Director.
Consistently conforms to Hilton brand standards and corporate identity and utilizes all communication tools (under the guidance of regional marketing and BPS).
This position reports to the Cluster Commercial Director.
Job Requirements
Preferred requires: 2+ years working as (Commercial) Head of Department.
Being proficient in the Dutch language is a big advantage
Experience in multiple disciplines with knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, GM&E and Sales.
Understanding of the local market, local language strong attribute to have
