Job Description

G2's client is currently looking for a Technical Drawer/Design Engineer to join their growing team in the Rotterdam/South Rotterdam region, Netherlands.

The client is an OEM, working on process equipment manufacturing for end client operators and EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

The client is particularly interested in candidates with a mechanical bias in the Oil & Gas industry, who has experience working with process equipment such as piping, pumps, P&IDs and skid packages.

THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER PERMANENT CANDIDATES, NOT FREELANCE – English Speaking

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Rotterdam/South of River Rotterdam region, Netherlands

The role would be for four days in the office and one day remotely each week

Technical Drawer/Design Engineer

Project Engineer with Mechanical Engineering bias, electrical experience also beneficial for cabinets, cable trays, etc.

Working history in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries

Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ATEX, API, ASME, etc.

Experience working on the design and engineering of process equipment such as pumps, piping, skid packages, cabinets or cable trays

Worked with Solidworks or Solidworks 3DX

The client has advised they give the option for flexible working hours and a hybrid working pattern, with one day a week from home available. There are 38 days of leave available (25 annual leave + 13 ADV).
