About your role as a Founder | Financial Controller
Being a Founder is a mindset. As a Founder you are an entrepreneur; every day is different, and you will be working with a high degree of freedom and accountability. So, if you are pragmatic, enjoy connecting with others and are able to keep your eye on the ball, we would love to meet you.
You will form part of L’s Finance team, based in our main office in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will be responsible for all financial operations for our Dutch Sourcing department and our Entertainment business unit, with the opportunity to eventually become a business partner for additional departments within L, such as Supply Chain.
Responsibilities include: Taking ownership of the general ledger of both the Dutch Sourcing department and our Entertainment business unit.
Managing the cash (planning) cycle for Sourcing and Entertainment, which includes cash flow forecasting and actual weekly payment reviews.
Managing the financial forecasting and budget cycle for Sourcing and Entertainment.
Driving process improvements.
Managing a team of two finance professionals.
About the successful candidate

You have at least 5 - 8 years of working experience in financial control.

You are tech-savvy and have an intrinsic drive to automate processes where possible.
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator in both Dutch and English.
