Role

We are looking for an Implementation & Data Migration Consultant to lead software implementations and support customers throughout their journey, from project planning and configuration through to training, adoption and ongoing success.

This role is approximately 80% implementation consulting and 20% data migration support. You will work closely with enterprise customers, manage multiple projects, contribute to process improvements and collaborate with product, technical and customer‑facing teams.

Based near Utrecht, this position requires office attendance three days per week, with occasional customer travel.

Requirements

5+ years in implementation consulting, professional services or a customer‑facing technical role

Experience delivering enterprise software implementations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and data migration concepts

Understanding of ETL processes and Oracle databases

Exposure to scripting, JSON and YAML

Proactive, organised and solutions‑focused mindset

Strong documentation and process improvement skills

Able to be in the office 3 days per week
